Does PPF deliver & pick up?

Yes! We deliver and pick up all of our products to help take the stress off of your hands. We also set up all of our inflatables for safety purposes.

Is there a delivery fee?

There is no delivery fee for local orders. However, a fee may apply depending on your location outside of our local area.

How long am I able to rent the products for? Is there a minimum/maximum hour limit?

You can keep our products for the duration of your event. We will pick them up at an agreed upon time same day. If you need to keep them overnight, then please let us know and ahead of time. If products are not ready at agreed upon time, then you will be charged an additional day for each day product is not returned.

What if I need to cancel or make changes?

A.) We will give you a rain check to reschedule for up to one year of your event date. However, if you wish to fully cancel your order please note that security deposits are non-refundable. If you’ve already paid in full, then we will refund everything outside of the deposit. 

B.) You can make changes to your order up to 48 hours in advance. Any cancellations made at time of delivery will still be charged the full rate. No refunds or rainchecks.
